A business online with Tripluca

Before you start
The system is online and generate bookings, but it is not yet complete.
We are about 75%. It will take at least another year before you have all the basic functions you'd expect from a modern booking site.
Description
The system is a platform that allows you to create niche sites in the online booking of apartments.
With the project "Your Online Business" I have put together a group who, with an advance on the cost of the package, helped to finance the same.
We met several times (Prague, Venice, Verona, Pistoia, Lake Maggiore) and we have built a good team (the Manager), bringing together the skills and work on each field, has become an important added value to the project.
The group is full and closed until the end of 2011, but we realized that it could be useful for letting someone still early in the second group, if you wear contacts or expertise in quality.
Because many people ask me: do not need special programming skills. Software Development Manager will not do.
The group is then ready to expand to a man who can make it more strong, competent and well-established in the territory.

The Meetings

The Project

The second version, to be ready in March 2011, but allows the creation of Site Manager, ie multi-user sites where the owners of the apartments and Managers coordinate load. This will make it possible to replicate the business model that allows me to travel for 10 years, without having to build an ad hoc system.

In December 2011 we launched the site Adormo.com reservations , with a selection of the best accommodations.
We currently have 2300 between apartments, houses and villas and the system 'in 12 languages, but releases them slowly to grow the site organically.

The Situation - December 2011
They're getting money to the reservations manager for several months.
Some managers have already left the job and are on their (South America, Thailand, Bali, England ...), others have not yet made the leap.
Others are leaving because in the meantime have taken other paths. And still others have entered the Second Group.
The system is stable but we are still developing a lot and in 2011 will add various functions such as rating (customer comments), the Book Now (direct online booking), the Ticket (internal messaging between customers and owners) etc. ... so with over time increases the ability of sites converting reservations required.
Many sites have several pages in the top positions of search engines and we also have "discovered" how to get there relatively quickly thanks to campaigns by our Manager Social treated more versed on the subject.
They entered several new manager so recently that I thought that the real engine of growth should pass right through new manager in new areas.
Worth joining now?
Later we enter the more we continue with the system, the Group is gaining experience, the more mistakes are not repeated, we have a better idea of what works and what does not etc. ... so in a sense, and later enters the better.
