Interview - Paul and Valeria Never Trop

When you start, you suddenly realize that traveling with people who live (or relatively restless) There's a lot.
Suddenly you stop believing that white flies and you find yourself to be part of a sort of diaspora communities.

Here is an interview with two restless and Valeria PaoloTripMaiTrop obviously written by Valeria official spokesman for the company:

  • Why did you leave?
We left for various reasons, Paul because 'the time had lost his job, his city was "tight" and wanted to surf around the world while I was because' I'm in love with him and his stories.

_

  • How long you live and how much traveling you do?
Paul and 'more than ten years traveling the world while I am a beginner. As we do it? Honestly in the last period we are changing the very way of thinking and this is independent from the age 'or the fact that we are a couple but the world is changing and that there is a lot less thrilling.
_
  • It 'was difficult to decide to leave everything? What convinced you?
No, it 'was hard to leave everything. The curiosity to see new places, learn different ways and customs, food, perfumes and scents.
_
  • How do you keep?
We work for a period of saving as much as possible until you reach a set budget for the planned trip.
_
  • What is the hardest part of living traveling?
Perhaps the fact that you and 'always foreigners. Even if one tries to integrate as' possible realities' of the place and 'inevitable, and that is' always seen with a different eye and that is not culturally' easy to blend.
_
  • What is the best thing instead?
The fact that you learn many things. In our need to travel more than anything to make you understand life more. You think that traveling is nice because you can see mountains, waterfalls, sea or from the board but rather the real journey, and 'in the head.
Travelling is learning to live, you understand how the world works and learn to reason. Common misconceptions are disproved while lights on certain situations.
_
  • And 'changed the way you see the resident company? If so, how?
The companies' resident, after a long or short journey that is, to our eyes, 'as crystallized, in the sense that the residents will not change anything, same life, same same bar chatter and especially little curiosity'.
_
  • You changed you? How?
Changed? Yes of course the cultural baggage, traveling, is enriched and learn many things from those practices that can be applied to everyday life, ideas and opinions, which vary according to what you and 'observed traveling.
_
  • Many people dream of traveling to work and live, but for the most part is difficult. What would you recommend to someone who wants to do?

But honestly, we would like to know ourselves, in the sense that we do not work traveling, when we stop we have to work for months or years in one place and then we leave! We hope to soon find the right formula to earn traveling.

  • What kind of people do not advise instead?
We would like to tell anyone and instead there are people who perhaps could not do it. There are people who need the card to be stamped, of certainty and security that perhaps could not always give life traveling!
_
  • How do you manage the future? The pension, housing, disease? So, as you prepare for the worst?
I do not manage, we are now beginning to assess the worst, perhaps because the age 'advances!
_
  • What do you want for the future? There were unrealized or unrealizable dreams?
The serenity. Our dream 'to construct a small farm where they can live independently and self-reliant living from the simple things trying to have the least amount of contact with the outside! We would love to live like the old days, trying to produce things as possible at home. For example, learning to make bread, canned food, soap, detergents etc.. etc..
_
  • Every time I thought I'd go back to the Area Manager, I told him I'd only done for many, too much money, because now I know what I lose if I stop. If they offer you a job than requiring you to stop, what would the minimum wage to convince you? Or, the most in percentage terms, than what you take first.
It is not 'a question of money, if one decides to stop for a place he does not think about work or money. If we were to find an almost perfect for our needs we would stop forever!
_
  • What do you think of Italian politics?
It 's all a "magna magna"! You should reset everything and start all over again hoping that the new political class do not pinch the disease of corruption and bribes.

  1. TripFabio says:

Travelling through a remote area of Belize I remember being finished in the midst of a people called the "Mennonites", just as these people live in the dreams of Valeria, the only one that counts with the earth, fruit, vegetables and various animals. No cars, use the carriage with horses, I seemed to be in the house of the prairie, all in overalls, a show .... But they did not have surfboards! Maybe the world was still so ... ...

  2. valeriatripmaitrop says:

Thanks .. will tripfabio 'then where I will go' for the next trip!

  3. valeriatripmaitrop says:

however, is, in fact I'm in charge of public relations and luckily I'm here otherwise Paul would still be the smoke signals!

  4. Monkey says:

Okay, now look forward to my interview. :-)

  5. Thurs says:

5 questions: Have you ever had difficulty in finding a job?
What you hear in the first day of work after months of life traveling?
Always go back to work and create for ourselves in Italy x your budget or you have tried to work in other countries? as to compensate for the lack of update / training of the many areas of work?
it's hard to start over from 0 when you work?

  6. Andreadventures says:

Beautiful! but you can not find the magazines or TV stations interested in documentaries?

  7. TripFabio says:

Let's make a new magazine, a monthly magazine where you put travelogues and more. So by your asses in 2000 news !!!!!

  8. Ceres says:

other questions, very direct, in addition to those who made thu:
    - What are the jobs you have done lately?
-How long it usually stops working and how much you are traveling? In other words, what is the work / travel time which is usually able to keep?

    good luck guys

  9. Thurs says:

However, all of us who love this life of travel and freedom should devise a "secret alliance" x live as the project that is coming from ... tripluca. Damper bearings or create ...
join a group, create a network that we know and help each other .... put a fund where all of the shares that produce the x and x is the time and money that can generate x ... the community from which to draw x 6 months living in around the world and 6 months x x x to produce something to stop the community of gruppo.Unirci please us ... ..

  10. Ceres says:

@ Thu: for that (just) what do I know, communism has never worked

  11. Fiammetta says:

@ Ceres communism not, but the "micro" economies of scale, yes. I also firmly believe that in the future will grow more and more experiences of community life where people choose and decide to live together with and for a joint project, while maintaining their individual freedom. Through these experiences will be able to cut the costs of daily life and realize individual and collective projects. Perhaps this is precisely the way out of the madness of more work for the consumer than making sure that there are more than happy!

  12. Ceres says:

Here there is a risk of going OT :)
Fiammetta, I agree with what you say, and it's not a novelty: small associations and cooperatives and joint projects, which combine efforts and resources already exist. But they are more or less regulated, otherwise it would not work. Each group or "society" of even just 2 people with one or more goals or common interests requires rules, implicit or explicit, to work.
Perhaps the core to achieve what you write is to find the right rules that achieve the goals of the group leaving more individual freedom possible, but should involve everyone to make a fair contribution.
