The project Tripcentre and 'old as the hills.
I think I had the idea in 2003 or so when I realized that my periods would be the most beautiful in Italy in a house with other travelers.
Then I organized the tripraduni, to meet other travelers, join forces, rent a cabin and finally have a base.
We met in Italy and a half, and 'was very interesting to meet new people who love travel.
We set up some projects, such as TripMagazine (which was actually printed in early versions).
There was much enthusiasm and it was becoming a real network of travelers.
But we never got to enter a house.
What is' failure to have people in my situation: people who travel a lot and works online.
Most people who attended were people who traveled to tripraduni, but when the money ended up going somewhere to work.
Others traveled and then returned to life resident.

Looking for a house
Now that you have the motor under your ass go where you want. Bali is yours, you just have to find a home.
In Ubud there are two places where to start your search for:
- Bali Buddha front of the post
- Bintang: Towards Penestenan

Here is a series of ads, the majority of expats (foreigners) who rent / sublet houses.
It 'a good starting point but the ideal is to get directly to the Balinese who generally have much lower prices, but do not often place ads. Continue reading »

The entrance of a house in Ubud
Recently I was two months in Ubud, Bali.
My innate altruism leads me now to share my experience and write this mini-guide in which you will find some information about living in Ubud for a few months.
I write because it is often believed that going to live for a certain period (semiresidenza) is a country in a military operation to organize and prepare for the first eight years.
In fact for me to live in Bali requires more or less the same effort of going to do psychological and organizational holidays in Jesolo in June.
Even less because I have to fight with Mrs. Vianello me count the forks at the check-in and makes me recount twice.
Ok, is not the same for everyone because often there are several things to be organized in the house that you leave, but that is another story.
